This weekend, on Sunday 1st June, the RSPB is holding their Annual Spring Fair at their Headquarters near Sandy. The Lodge has always been the life hub of the RSPB with all of their conservation, membership and lobbying activity being overseen from this historic and beautiful location.
Not only is this a centre for administration and training for many of the RSPB staff and volunteers, it is also a terrific wildlife reserve in it's own right. Some incredible have chosen to make The Lodge their home, and if you stay late enough on the reserve, you could even hear the alien churring of the Nightjar as the light fades.
Come along to see me and take part in the other events that are taking place during the day. A superb day out for the whole family for less than the price of a posh coffee!
For details of the Spring Fair please click here to visit the RSPB's own website or contact The Lodge on 01767 680541.
I look forward to seeing you there!
